Dr. Tracy
Dr. Tracy Stanek-Krutel, DVM is a 1995 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is from the Mansfield area and spent 10 years as a veterinarian at a local veterinary hospital prior to working as a relief veterinarian in Ohio and Pennsylvania for 17 years. She enjoys general practice with dogs and cats with a special interest in treating allergies and a focus on overall health of each patient. She truly values spending time educating each pet parent on the specific needs and health concerns of their furry friends and is always happy to answer questions. Dr. Tracy happily spends her free time with her husband and two sweet dogs.
Dr. Elizabeth Congdon
Dr. Congdon is a familiar face at the hospital. She worked with Dr. Hull for many years and is excited to join the team at Lilac Hill Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Congdon has a degree in Classics from Kenyon College and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Congdon loves doing surgery, working up internal medicine cases, and getting to know happy, healthy pets. Dr. Congdon enjoys traveling, hiking, her fish tanks, and her many indoor and outdoor plants. She loves spending time with her husband, Tyler, her twin boys, her dog (Lacy), and cats (Lucy and Skittles).
Dr. Christin Vargo
Dr. Christin is a 2021 graduate of the School of Veterinary Medicine at St. George’s University. Her interests include internal medicine, surgery, integrative medicine, and large animal medicine. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Claytong, and daughter, Hollis, as well as their two dogs: Norman (a Newfie) and Cutie (a rescued Greyhound).
Dr. Kris Hamilton
Dr. Kris is a 2002 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University. She has a special interest in small animal internal medicine, surgery, and wildlife medicine. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband watching their two sons, Cade and Brennan, play baseball. She has three dogs: Whitey (a Jack Russel), Nova (a Mix), and Cheeto (a Chihuahua).
Cheyenne Baker
RVT
Cheyenne is a Registered Veterinary Technician who went to school at Bradford. She has a cat named Dash and a dog named Deacon. She enjoys traveling and hiking with Deacon, especially on road trips along with her twin sister. Cheyenne is a quick learner and a super hard worker, not to mention a compassionate care-giver for all of our patients.
Cheyenne Stewart
RVT
Cheyenne (or you may know her as Chy) has been a technician for almost 3 years and graduated from the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford. She brings her sweet smile and eager-to-learn spirit to Lilac Hill every day. She really values the relationships she has fostered between both pets and their people. She loves spending time with her fiancé, her three dogs (Mika, Midnight who is pictured, and Star), and cat Robin. She also enjoys mushroom hunting and scrapbooking.
Pam Wolf
RVT
Pam is originally from Cincinnati and now resides in Shelby with her husband, Don, and many pets (including some very cute “pasture pets”). As an RVT, Pam enjoys dentistry and assisting with surgeries as well as client education. In her free time, Pam enjoys working on her fish tanks and spending time with family including her two grown children, Robin and Jason. Pam is a wealth of information on any and all veterinary medicine topics and her steady hand with pets is always appreciated.
Brenda Mack
RVT
Brenda is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from the Columbus Technical Institute in 1983, giving her an amazing 25+ years of experience! Her special interests include surgery, dentistry, and patient care. She has been married to her husband Chris for 33 years and has 2 grown sons named Cameron and Cyle. She shares her home with 2 rescue Toy Poodles named Curly and Goldie. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors enjoying pleasant weather, vacationing, and volunteering with the kids at her church.
Monique Hypes
Monique has 15 years of animal care experience and was born and raised in Richland County. She is the bonus mom to 4 amazing kids and spends her free time as an artist and volunteering in the LGBTQIA community. She has a special, caring touch with all the patients she has come to know over the years!
Stephanie Clayborne
Stephanie has been a familiar face for the last couple years as a receptionist. She has more than a decade of experience doing office work which makes her a rockstar behind the front desk! She has been married for almost 20 yearsand has two children (a 15 year old girl and 12 year old boy). She also has 3 cats and 1 dog. In her free time, nothing makes her happier than spending time with her family and watching her kids at sporting events.
Sydney Vetter
Sydney is a veterinary assistant and receptionist with an interest in all species. She has been around horses her whole life and enjoys fostering cats and kittens for a local cat rescue. She enjoys hiking, traveling, working out, and spending time with her family and many pets: four cats (Piper, Lucy, Roger, and Flash), two horses (Hummer and Bea), and five ducks.
Megan Poorman
Megan is a receptionist and has many years of experience with animals due to her 4-H career. She used to show rabbits and chickens. She has a strong passion for rabbits, specifically velveteen lops, and would take them to local and state shows. She now has three Shiba Inu dogs (Takeo, Emikeo, and Kamikeo). She also has five chickens (Jojo, Mustang, Sally, Nyla, and Nala). You might have seen Megan in the news a few years back when she was crowned as the 2018 Carroll County Fair Queen and in 2021 when she was crowned Richland County Miss Agriculture USA. She is currently attending school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. When she has free time, Megan and her Fiancée (Austin) love going to Mohican (where they got engaged!), hiking, and enjoying their favorite pulled pork sandwich from Mohican Market Place.
