Dr. Catherine Stoner

Dr. Cat is a three-time Ohio State University graduate, finally culminating with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Today, she co-owns both Fredericktown Veterinary Clinic and Lilac Hill Veterinary Hospital. She has a special interest in small animal dermatology, endocrinology, senior pet care/hospice, and behavior. She and her husband have two little girls, one dog (Willy), and two cats (Monster and Kevin). Dr. Cat loves gardening, hiking, and bottle-raising foster kittens.

Libby Javurek

RVT/Practice Manager/Co-owner

Libby wears many hats – not only is she a co-owner and Practice Manager of Fredericktown Veterinary Clinic and Lilac Hill Veterinary Hospital, she is also a highly skilled technician with a passion for animal dentistry. Libby handles all the behind the scenes work involved with keeping the clinics running while at the same time using her many years of knowledge and experience to give the best care possible to all our patients. Whether it’s a chicken or a chihuahua, a sheep or a siamese, you can’t find an animal she isn’t comfortable handling. She has a special place in her heart for beagles and regularly fosters for a local beagle rescue. She and her husband have two boys and a whole crew of dogs, cats, ducks, and chickens. She relaxes at home by running, playing with her foster beagles, and chasing around her two active boys.

Dr. Kris Hamilton

Dr. Kris is a 2002 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University. She has a special interest in small animal internal medicine, surgery, and wildlife medicine. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband watching their two sons, Cade and Brennan, play baseball. She has three dogs: Whitey (a Jack Russel), Nova (a Mix), and Cheeto (a Chihuahua).

Dr. Taylor Pfeifer

Dr. Taylor Pfeifer is a 2024 graduate from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from Centerburg, Ohio and attended The University of Findlay for her undergraduate degree in 2020. She joined the Lilac family in 2024. Taylor has a passion for all animals and grew up horseback riding and participated in 4H and FFA showing pygmy goats, dogs, and horses. Her special interests include preventative medicine, feline medicine, and spay/neuter. She and her husband Matthew have two pets, a cat, Harvey and a corgi, Cooper. They enjoy going on trips to the beach together and being with friends and family.

Dr. Kelly Sabo

Dr. Kelly Sabo is a 2022 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has special interests in palliative/ hospice medicine, spay/neuter, and preventative medicine. She and her husband, Taylor, have one little boy, Grayson, and many pets— five cats (Nala, Moose, Zeke, Odin, and Scarlet), two dogs (Olive, a beagle mix, and Lola, a chihuahua), as well as a small collection of freshwater fish. Dr. Sabo loves to read books, watch documentaries, and spend time with friends and family.

Cheyenne Baker

RVT

Cheyenne is a Registered Veterinary Technician who went to school at Bradford. She has a cat named Dash and a dog named Deacon. She enjoys traveling and hiking with Deacon, especially on road trips along with her twin sister. Cheyenne is a quick learner and a super hard worker, not to mention a compassionate care-giver for all of our patients.

Cheyenne Willoughby

RVT

Cheyenne (or you may know her as Chy) has been a technician for almost 3 years and graduated from the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford. She brings her sweet smile and eager-to-learn spirit to Lilac Hill every day. She really values the relationships she has fostered between both pets and their people. She loves spending time with her fiancé, her three dogs (Mika, Midnight who is pictured, and Star), and cat Robin. She also enjoys mushroom hunting and scrapbooking.

Pam Wolf

RVT

Pam is originally from Cincinnati and now resides in Shelby with her husband, Don, and many pets (including some very cute “pasture pets”). As an RVT, Pam enjoys dentistry and assisting with surgeries as well as client education. In her free time, Pam enjoys working on her fish tanks and spending time with family including her two grown children, Robin and Jason. Pam is a wealth of information on any and all veterinary medicine topics and her steady hand with pets is always appreciated.

Katie McLaughlin

RVT

Katie is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from Bradford Vet Tech Institute in 2014. Special interests include venipuncture, radiology, and patient care. She enjoys spending time with her Fiancé Ton, son Tao, and cat Oliver.

Brenda Mack

RVT

Brenda is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from the Columbus Technical Institute in 1983, giving her an amazing 25+ years of experience! Her special interests include surgery, dentistry, and patient care. She has been married to her husband Chris for 33 years and has 2 grown sons named Cameron and Cyle. She shares her home with 2 rescue Toy Poodles named Curly and Goldie. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors enjoying pleasant weather, vacationing, and volunteering with the kids at her church.

Susan Brafford

Vet Assistant

Susan joined Lilac Hill in May of 2025. She earned a bachelor’s degree in fine art from Ashland University in 2005. Susan taught elementary, junior high, and high school art. She also had a career in case management working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. She is currently in school to earn her Veterinary Technician’s Associate of Applied Science degree. Susan has a strong interest in exotics (especially parrots), wildlife, and small animal medicine. She resides in Lexington with her husband, two teenage children, their dogs (Lucy-Labrador, Murphy-Dalmatian, Lily-Chi-mix, Jory-Italian Greyhound) and two cats (Mushu-black and Winnie-Calico/Tiger). In her free time Susan enjoys traveling, especially to Sanibel Island to search for seashells. She also enjoys painting, reading mysteries, and spending time with immediate and extended family.

Stephanie Clayborne

Stephanie has been a familiar face for the last couple years as a receptionist. She has more than a decade of experience doing office work which makes her a rockstar behind the front desk! She has been married for almost 20 yearsand has two children (a 15 year old girl and 12 year old boy). She also has 3 cats and 1 dog. In her free time, nothing makes her happier than spending time with her family and watching her kids at sporting events.
